This painting was inspired by a mesmerizing sunset that I witnessed in Manhattan Beach, having the Pier as a focal point. Bold vibrant colors that display high contrast and shining finishing with the use of metallic acrylic paints.
It was chosen to be a part of the physical portion of the "Pierspective" Exhibit in Manhattan Beach Creative Art Center on celebration event of the 100th birthday of the iconic Manhattan Beach Pier in the year 2020.
