SHIPPING POLICY

All orders in stock are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with more details.

 

Art Prints will be made specifically for you, so we anticipate them to be ready for shipment in 5-7 days after you placed your order.

The potential delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic, natural disasters or others that affect the delivery times are outside of our control.

​

We offer Domestic and International shipping, both with First-class and Priority mail options to better serve your needs.

​

Shipping costs will be calculated according to your order and location.

​

All orders shipping within the state of California is subject to sales tax.

In-studio pickup 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1901 Rockefeller Lane, Redondo Beach, CA 90278. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are thrilled with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at xanaramosart@gmail.com . Please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

Please know that you will be responsible for all the shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
